 | 10.23.2010 - The biggest event for shutter bugs like me who would take part in this event. Last year was an adventure-some feat to be at Tagaytay to be part of something big like the Canon Photomarathon. Being a Canon user is something to be proud of not because of the product, but taking part of this event means your not the getting into contest. Just to experience and hone your skills in photography one of the reasons why everyone should take part of this. This year it takes you three places to be part of this event, and the Cebu leg had recently wrapped up last October 16, 2010. The Davao leg happens this Sunday October 24, 2010 pretty sure every Davaeno is geared up and ready to go. First let's get educated about the Canon Photomarathon Philippines 2010:
1. The even is on November 6, 2010. The main venue will be at SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
2. Thos who where able to pre-register must be at the venue by 6:30AM. It will be a whole day affair ending at 11PM
3. Three categories just like last year. These are Point & Shoot (IXUS & PowerShot), DSLR, and Video Cam category. ONLY CANON USERS may register to this event.
4. There's no fee involve because REGISTRATION IS FREE. just like last year they will accomodate you with food, participant kit, and the venue. Of course the raffles at night when the awarding ceremonies will be announced.
