Though there are minor similarities between the two versions. This Tacoma is based from the 2016 ear model of the actual pick-up truck. Built tough the Toyota Tacoma is sold originally in the US market as a subcompact pick up truck. It’s an off-road vehicle designed for the toughest terrains on Earth. This is based on the third generation Tacoma sharing the same V6 engine with the Tundra.
Matchbox has teased the prototype a few years ago with the camper shell on its back and finally released for the 2017 collection in its first ‘Model Year” colors. This particular edition was available in both long and short cards.

Tacoma Exploring
The Toyota Tacoma was introduced as a camping vehicle for Matchbox’s 2017 collection that includes a removable camper shell. This is also the latest iteration of the Tacoma pick-up truck that’s considered a utility vehicle for the great outdoors.
It was released in Tan with black wheels and tinted windows with the plastic chassis in grey color type. The camper shell or tent comes in green and as mentioned its removable if you just want just the Tacoma pick-up truck that has a spacious bed.

Outdoor Truck
Just like any big-type pick up trucks marketed in the US, Toyota Tacoma is one interesting vehicle that can take you camping or fishing. The wide body and large bed is enough for camping use with the green tent that sits in the rear.
Overall design the Toyota Tacoma 2016 Edition is something to collect for those who are into pick-up trucks. The colors are right for this first year model, but if you remove the green tent it looks like a Vanilla. Everything is just right for this Toyota Tacoma as an added iteration of this pick-up truck that already have the Lifeguard edition of its namesake.

“2016 Toyota Tacoma” is numbered 86 0f 125 diecast cars released for Matchbox in 2017 and it was acquired at Woolworths for $3.00 AUD or PhP 120.00 in Philippine Peso. Matchbox is distributed and sold in the Philippines by Richprime Global Inc now retailed at PhP 119.75 pesos!
