| 10.07.2013 – Dwight Howard returns to Manila for the Signature Shots event by adidas, The NBA All-Star, Defensive Player of the Year, Slam Dunk Champion, Olympic Gold Medalist and newly acquired member of the Houston Rockets.
Just in time for the NBA Global Games week descended in Manila is Dwight Howard now known as the “Rocket Man” is in town to surprise his fans for the adidas Signature Shots event which was presented by “Pound for Pound” host Rico Robles. The Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers will be tipping off just across the street at the Mall of Asia Arena where the first ever NBA game which will be held in the Philippines. The one-day event culminated with a “fiesta” type of vibe for the basketball country in Asia where former NBA All-Stars have arrived to be part of the event.
Apart from the much-awaited match between the two teams Howard was ever present for adidas Signature Shots event talking to fans and letting his hair down for everyone to get to know the “Rocket Man” showing his moves with a fun clinic on how he uses his skill and size to dominate the court. Howard had a ball with selected participants who were given souvenirs that had customized digital “signatures” based on his actual moves.
These unique signatures were created through motion detecting cameras installed at the SM MoA Atrium that tracked the way he moved the ball during the event.

Dwight Howard is the center of the Houston Rockets and also have his own signature shoes from adidas who will take center court at the Mall of Asia Arena with his team against the Indiana Pacers for the first ever NBA Global Games 2013!
