| 03.20.2011 - Every month starting this year McDonald's has been consistent bringing out the latest Happy Meal toys this side of Philippines. For March we got Nickelodeon's Spongebob Squarepants as the toys being offered, which is offered all over South East Asia. One of the most sought after is the "blushing" SpongeBob, which lights up by a flick of the switch of his back. The figure has rotating arms as its articulation. Besides SpongeBob you get to collect also his best friend Patrick Star. The feature that kids would love about this figure is that Patrick squirts water in its own gimmick. Noticeable is the button at his bag, and the figure is solid without any of the moving parts.

Patrick is considered a figurine by standards and what an expression he brings. The other most wanted of the set is SpongeBob in his orange car. It has a pull back action, and definitely this will be out of the display after you read this!

The other notable Happy Meal toys featuring SpongeBob Squarepants are SpongeBob Straw, Patrick Straw, SpongeBob Drinking Buddies and SpongeBob Splash Cup.
