 | 05.06.2005 - Ironic after the kick-off last Saturday I'm the one ending up on the floor taking inbound calls. Rapidly the queue kicks in and random transfers from several parts of the US is directed to the Fraud department, which is my department. By 2AM I'm the only one knocking some heads and getting a lot of complaints, that either being declined or having thing run over with their transactions. It beats my previous employer. I like this place its calm and solemn. Damn quiet though. But come the next few weeks new people will occupy the floor, and I won't be the last one taking the brunt of these calls. I wish there's a day shift out there. |
