There have been eye catching original designs in the past but 2017 seems to bring something good and making them relevant again. The Roller Toaster is part of that group of original creations that work and sometimes not, but still can become an actual rolling toaster in the real world.

Toaster on Wheels
Ryu Asada designing the Roller Toaster originally as a model in mind taking inspiration of the 24 hour Le-Mans playing out the idea of the 24 hour Lemons, where race car drivers getting their car from the junkyard and adding wings and pigtails, and he thought about something he would like to see on a car.
The idea of putting wheels in a toaster got him this idea to create the Roller Toaster. The wings pressed down, the bread drops down the toaster as its main gimmick. When you release the wing that’s when the ‘toasted’ bread pops up.

Hot Bread Delivered
The design for the Roller Toaster stands out when you see it on display racks with the release comes in Pearl Light Blue, where the casting is entirely in plastic with its designated number 11 on both side. The headlights are knobs of the toaster, while the right side have the plug molded to the body.
This is not just some Toaster racing in the streets its design makes its more interesting if it was released in silver. The second color though started appearing in toy stores is in Pearl Red having been more limited compared to the light blue version.

Streets of Toasted Service
Its not just some boxed vehicle inspired from a toaster that turned out to be the fastest vehicle that brings cooked bread hot and fast it sure catches your attention when its rolls down the neighbourhood. Tinted windows in red are a “Legend of Speed” for the 2017 Hot Wheels that takes your imagination.
Overall the Roller Toaster is simply one of the Hot Wheels cars to pick-up due to its fun design with a workable gimmick that define the cars character that would have more variations to be released in the future that brings bread to the barn yard.
“Roller Toaster” is part of the 2017 Hot Wheels series numbered 4 out of 10 under the HW Legends of Speed sub-line with overall numbered as 70 of 365 in the enitre series manufactured by Mattel, which was acquired in Australia for $2.00 AUD or PhP 80.00 Philippine pesos.
Hot Wheels is distributed and sold in the Philippines by Richprime Global Inc currently retailed at PhP 109.75 pesos!
