| 03.19.2017 – If you happen to miss the open spaces and greenery within the ever growing urban landscape maybe this might be your chances to “RECONNECT” through the two-man exhibition featuring Eko Canlas and Jo Ocampo.
The exhibition also features the lighting from Feliix Inc, which also produced Zuny Animals, but they’re known or their lamps and concept lightings that compliment Eko and Jo’s works for this exhibition. Two talented artists bring out their trademark works in one exhibition that “RECONNECT” you with nature and its beaches. Jo Ocampo’s whales and lighthouses certainly brings you closer to the beaches and ocean outside the hectic city, while Eko Canlas lets you reminisce the open spaces and greenery that is slowly disappearing in the city where you rarely see in small parks.
These works may not be an eye opener for everyone, but those who still look for nature and the breeze of the sea these artworks will admire at the same time inspire you to travel outside the city and “RECONNECT” as seen from last night’s show below:
