04.01.2013 – For months you’ve seen various colorways for the D Rose 3.5 and they keep on coming! While you won’t see Derrick Rose wear all of them anytime from now it’s still something to appreciate its unique design that comes in its candy colored editions.

This time Adidas today unveils a new colorway of the D Rose 3.5 signature shoe. Just like for every color way that was released there’s a history behind its reason why it’s in this edition and it adds up who is Derrick Rose in the real world and how he was raised and for that you have the “Murray Park Winter” edition.

Dubbed “Murray Park Winter,” the colorway paying homage to the days when Derrick shoved snow from the Murray Park court in his Englewood neighborhood of Chicago and played through the cold with numb fingers to hone his game.

The latest color way dubbed “Chi-Town,” represents the iconic Flag of Chicago with amplified versions of its traditional colors.

“This colorway of my shoe is about basketball in Chicago, when you play no matter what,” said Rose. “I lived, ate and slept the game growing up and nothing stopped me from taking the court.”

The purple and blue zest synthetic leather upper represents the cold, snowy Chicago winters. The SPRINTFRAME features a pearlized finish to stand out on the court, while the inside tongue patch features “Englewood” to represent Derrick’s neighborhood.

The D Rose 3.5 “Murray Park Winter” is now available in the Philippines for PhP 7,995.00 pesos, and is available at adidas and other sports retailers nationwide.
