01.27.2013 – DINOSAURS ISLAND is part of CLARK LAND located at the picnic grounds in Pampanga. It’s a mini-amusement part filled with full scale dinosaurs that roamed Earth 65 billion years ago. It features the animatronic creatures and what’s interesting is that they are interactive.

They have sensors all over the place when you pass by particular a dinosaur with each description they react with their growls and movements. There are also full scale dinosaur bones standing in the mini-museum that also giving you interesting facts about the creatures.

Each of the dinosaurs has their description and size scale beside a human and they are depicted as if they are alive in their natural habitat. There four sections divided for you to find out about the DINOSAURS ISLAND. They are the “Dino Trail”, “Fossils Museum”, “Adventure Ride” (where two half-size dinos can be ridden by kids) and before ending the day at the park there’s a “World of Fun.” (the interactive dinosaurs as you walk through the trail)

It’s not difficult to travel just to see these creatures located exactly in Clark Freeport Zone 80- kilometres north of Manila. Driving by car will take you an hour and half or take the bus just ride a Victory Liner bound for Dagupan and get off at DAU the common terminal.

The CLARKLAND is not only have Dinosaurs Island as its main attraction it’s also a place where you can enjoy your time with the family at the picnic grounds. It can be a place for company team building as they have this huge park that can be an obstacle course right beside the Dinosaurs Island. CLARKLAND’s DINOSAURS ISLAND is opens Mondays to Sundays at 9AM-5PM with a regular entrance fee of PhP 350.00 pesos. There also different entrance fee for private (PhP300) and public (PhP 250.00) schools planning for a fieldtrip.
