02.17.2011 - Last weekend a few friends and well known online personalities, where present for the toy making / custom work shop held at the Lopez Museum. The event was presented by the guys from Pilipinas Street Plan, and The Knowledge Channel was present to do a coverage of the work shop. EpJay, Wes, and Whoopie Wonka where the guys from Pilipnas Street Plan, who conducted the work shop and the process of toy customizing. They where there to guide us on how to make your own customized figurine from pre-existing toys, that can be bought in places like Divisoria or any cheap toy which can be re-made from your imagination through art. After we finished each creation we thought that was it, but eventually Lopez Museum will be having the toys to be auctioned in the upcoming Art in the Park. This will be happening Saturday on February 19, 2011 2PM at the Jaime C. Velasquez Park, where I conduct one of my Toy Photography shoots in this venue. Catch our works being exhibited this weekend at the Art at the Park its FREE entrance. The toys will be auctioned and proceeds will go to The Knowledge Channel Foundation in helping the school children learning opportunities in public school.
