Owls are everywhere and they are having a moment with the upcoming Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole, which will be shown on September 24. If your not familiar with these wide eyed birds they are from the makers of Happy Feet. If anyone doesn't know about the upcoming movie it looks like The Lord of the Rings but with owls. Also, correct me if I’m wrong, but hasn’t there been a recent and sort of annoying resurgence of owls-as-ironic-kitsch-symbols-for-”ironic”-hipsters trend? That’s a thing, right? Owls are EVERYWHERE. Owls! So catch Conan on November 8 on your TV sets, and see Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole on September 24 on the big screen. I dare you not. Very funny... Conan. |
