10.07.2006 – Comic Odyssey opened its second official branch at the Robinsons Galleria in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The store is located just in front of Red Ribbon and beside a gun shop at the 3rd level of the mall and you won’t miss it. Comic Odyssey boasts a wide range of back issues from the late 1950s to the current issues available.
Sandy Sansolis the original proprietor and founder of the store based in Pasadena and San Diego California have finally settled back to manage the Manila stores. The original Philippine store opened sometime in 1997 at the old Market Place and then followed by the store located in Robinsons Place Manila.

Several well known local artists who made their names in the international comic scene were present in the ribbon cutting and opening of the store. Ariel Atienza, Gerry Alangulan, Lyndon Gregorio to name a few was present in the festivities.
Comic Odyssey not only opened its doors to the Philippine Komiks industry but also to those who are starting to pick up comic collecting. If you missed the events happened last night check out these images here…
