05.10.2006 - K-Zone is the latest kid’s magazine running already with four volumes and this month it gets more interesting now with localized material included. There’s one interesting segment that caught everyone’s attention is the Foldabots 2-in-1 toy, which is sort of like a Transformers origami by none other than JoMike Tejido. JoMike is well known in the weekend children’s show Art Angel shown on GMA Network, where he gives tips to the young kids about art whether its painting or out of recycle material. He is also known for his comic strips about bugs in one of the leading broadsheets in the country. (Please CLICK on the title for the full article) |
This is definitely a new venture for JoMike who is bringing his imagination with this concept about paper robots that transform. This includes his brand of Filipino folklore and his first features Buhawi a Foldabot that transforms into the Philippine Eagle.
Who knows what the kids will react to the new material included in the latest issue of K-Zone. Get your copy of the latest issue but having second thoughts if you don’t want to cut Buhawi, and have the funds to get an extra issue by all means.
Check out these sample pages where you can get a glimpse of Buhawi un-cut at the latest issue of K-Zone…
For this issue not only does it first introduces the Foldabots by JoMike Tejido it comes with a 3-D glasses, which some pages of the magazine needs to be read accompanied by wearing these cool spectacles.
K-Zone is sold at your regular magazine and bookshops sold for PhP 85.00 pesos published by Summit Media Publication.
