09.21.2014 – Last night Vinyl on Vinyl opens its doors once again to a new exhibit featuring the talents of Robert “Danger” Sanchez his very first solo show at the new location of the art gallery.

Rob’s art is slowly getting noticed for its dark lines and unique style. The title of the show is “I AM DON JUAN” and the theme is about the dark and light side of how Rob express his work, which is something new and unique on its own.

The gallery features eight large canvasses, two black & white portraits, and smaller ones can be found in the second level. Rob have those small ones featuring some dark characters which include a new version of The Joker, Batman, and two others that you might check it out yourself when you make the visit at Vinyl on Vinyl.

The centerpiece of the show is something that is aided with a projector, but it literally works more for the artwork to be this impressive. Its just a flick of the button and the art changes color through its ingenious use of lights emitting from the projector.

It was certainly a delight that most of the works Rob has put in is now on reserved and that means his first ever solo show is a definite hit.

If you missed last night’s festivities check out the images on what went down at VoV:

I AM DON JUAN runs from September 20 to 27 at the Vinyl on Vinyl gallery located at 2135 Warehouse II 2nd Level, Chino Roces Avenue (Formerly Pasong Tamo) in Makati City.
