05.05.2007 - FREE COMIC BOOK DAY here in the Philippines was a huge turn out. Comic Odyssey one of the three participating shops in this year's event gave out all sixteen titles in less than an hour.
They where 10 minutes late when they open up shop, and surprisingly a long line of people had already been waiting. In there Robinsons Place branch reports came in, that the comics where all given out in less than thirty minutes. Sandy the store manager of the Galleria branch said had plans for an even bigger FREE COMIC BOOK DAY next year. This is the sixth time it was held, and a first here in the Philippines.
