FIRST... All you have to do is Click on "PLAY" and choose any model available, that you want to help clear pimples. SECOND set is when the game starts, click on the pimples as fast as you can! You have a minute or one minute to be exact to do this. Your score is determined based on the number and type of pimples cleared and how accurate your clicks where. THIRD is of course highest scoring player wins!
