03.24.2006 - Two days ago I was on my way back home. I've been hearing raves reviews about a local jazz artist in the metro. I haven't heard a good music, since the japanese band Core Of Soul came to Manila a few weeks ago. They remind me of Dreams Comes True with a jazz musinc theme having influenced by Ella Fitzgerald. This time around our local jazz might not be that big of a strong following, but Sitti Navarro made that difference. I got her CD and was listening to it for the past few days besides Bamboo latest album that I got two months ago. I can't help that the songs where Tattoed on my mind, that I'm currently getting them converted from iRiver mp3 player. 03.22.2006 - I watched how they make over a straight guy for sometime. I admit I'm not a fashionista, but I'm astound about the FAB5's artistic way of showing. Five gay men that made a difference in a straight guy's world. Unfortunately there Manila tour was cancelled recently. I was around the mall area when I saw this poster.



Well its good thing. Since I don't have there book nor the soundtrack made for a reality show, that deals with changing a dirtbag to something out of the ordinary. Too bad I don't see there show on Monday nights. I'm at work by the time it goes on air.

03.18.2006 - I left the house very late last night, and I was not able to catch the G4 Live concert of Kitchie Nadal. Actually when I got to Glorietta the concert was about to end. My plan was to watch the concert early, and meet up with Mr. Willy Velaquez to pick up the white version of the Superproxy shirt.



I guess I got more than I didn't expect meeting FrancisM himself. The last time we met was way back in 1998 during my Radio1 days at Monster Radio RX 93.1, where he was a guest DJ after I went on-board. So I scrapped the Kitchie Nadal coverage, and meet up with FrancisM by 9PM at the Shell gas station in McKinley. I used to hang out with the other Via-Astris people before Pier One was the ten forward (its where the crew hangs out) in those days. Shameless plug for trekkies ha!



Going back went there by 9:30PM and was pretty much quick, since they had a scheduled gig at Calamba Laguna that night. He got my shirt and CD compilation of his works signed. He invited me on his next gig on March 31st at Sa Guijo Cafe. 03.14.2006 - At last my very own Proxy shirt from FrancisM Clothing Kitchen! I just got this from last night thanks to sir Willy Velasquez and to The Man, FancisM. Anyways describing this shirt as sir Willy told me was actually a second release run from the first batch.



The original was only a print the one in the Superproxy music video worn by Ely Buendia. The one I got has the words Super at the back, and Proxy in the front embossed. The material used is rubberized print, and they still have the original black prints too, but not my size `cause it was sold out. They also have the white version, which FrancisM have worn in the video. The word is after the Superproxy gets sold there's going to be another FrancisM Clothing Kitchen released related to his song Koleidascope World coming soon.

03.10.2006 - Last night was just hanging out at a local radio station. JoeShred and yours trully paid a visit to our friend Gelli Victor who was scheduled on her regular show Say What?



Yup that's the title of her show by the way. Anyways I was off from work so I asked the APL looking hairstyle buddy of mine JoeShred. Its been like a month since the RX Stick-On, and that was the last time I saw Rico Robles before going in Big Brother's house.

03.02.2006 - I was on my way to Megamall but went down to crossing and took a rout through Shangri-La Plaza, and while I was on my way down I just saw a group of people crowding a shoot for a baby diaper's commercial. The actress/model doesn't look like she gave birth to the child, and there's so many bystanders giving the crew a distraction.



Well personally for me I'm all too familiar with these kind of situation. Way back in 2003 when singer Nina was about to promote a single for her second album she made a shoot for the video at Toy Kingdom. I was there about near closing time, and there where crowds of people making a commotion out of nothing. Geez these people can't get enough seeing ordinary people doing there day job.
